1. Returns & Refunds Overview
Due to the nature of our products being food items, we have a limited return and refund policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our spices.
· We do not accept returns of opened products for reasons of health, safety, and hygiene.
· Refunds are only provided under the specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:
· Damaged or Defective Product: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if the seal is broken.
· Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item you did not order.
· Significant Quality Issue: If the product has a verifiable quality issue (e.g., incorrect aroma, presence of foreign material).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact our customer service team at info@numenherbal.com with the following information:
1. Your full name.
2. Your order number.
3. The product name and the issue you encountered.
4. Photographs or a short video clearly showing the problem (e.g., damaged jar, broken seal, incorrect product).
This evidence is required for us to process your claim efficiently.
4. The Refund Process
· Assessment: Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, we will review it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For incorrect items, we may also offer to ship the correct product at no extra cost.
· Rejection: Refunds will not be granted for:
· Change of mind or dislike of a product's taste.
· Products that have been opened or used.
· Requests made after the 14-day window.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is necessary due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
· Any product that has been opened or used.
· Products that are not in their original condition.
· Sale items or promotional discounts (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
