AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and NUMEN HERBAL ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.numenherbal.com website as well as any related media forms, or channels (collectively, the “Site”).

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of our products. However, we do not guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
