At NUMEN HERBAL, we strive to get your high-quality spices to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and what you can expect after placing an order.
1. Processing Time
· All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order.
· Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
· You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
· We currently ship within the United States.
· At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer the following shipping options:
· Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Our most economical option.
· Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): A faster option for time-sensitive deliveries.
Please note: These are transit times after your order has been processed and shipped. "Business days" do not include weekends or holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS) to see the real-time status and location of your package.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
· Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
· If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@numenherbal.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
6. P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
7. Delays
While we provide estimated delivery dates, NUMEN HERBAL is not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Delays can occur due to carrier processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office.
NUMEN HERBAL is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace on the package. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
